As far as exercise routines go, Mitzi Dulan’s Adventure Boot Camp is the total package. It’s challenging and fun at the same time. Every day we do a variety of exercises, so there is never a chance to get bored. Boot camp is for women of all ages and all fitness levels. The work out routines can be modified up or down to everyone’s level. Mitzi and Antoine lead by example. They not only encourage everyone to achieve their personal best, but also desire it; and they are genuinely happy about each person’s progress and results. Since starting boot camp, I reduced 3 dress sizes. When I started boot camp, I couldn’t run for more than 30 seconds before I had to stop. By the end of four weeks I was able to run a mile without stopping. Before boot camp, I never participated in running events. But thanks to boot camp, I look forward to my next 5k. I just participated in my 6th one! If you are looking for an exercise routine that’s the total package “look outside the gym” to Mitzi Dulan’s Adventure Boot Camp. You will not be disappointed!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about something entitled "Boot Camp". I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since day one of camp, I have been nothing but thrilled to wake up and hang out with my newly acquainted friends. After two camps, I have learned so many new exercises that have stirred muscles I didn't know I had! The biggest change for me has occurred in my arms, hips and abs. I feel so much leaner and firm. I'm into a size 4 and my energy level has seen a significant boost. So, whether it's interval training with weights or yoga and Pilates, I look forward to every morning's new adventure.
